Shipping Policy

This policy applies to physical hardcover and paperback orders. Ebook orders are delivered digitally and are not shipped — see our Digital Product Delivery Policy for details on digital delivery.

1. Print-on-Demand Production Time

Hardcover and paperback books are printed individually for each order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner, Lulu Direct. Unlike orders shipped from pre-printed inventory, your book is manufactured after you place your order. Please allow:

  • Production time: approximately 3–5 business days before your order ships;
  • Transit time: an additional 3–8 business days within the continental United States, depending on the shipping method selected and delivery address.

Total estimated delivery time is typically 1–2 weeks from order date. Orders placed during high-volume periods (e.g., holidays, new release launches) may take longer to enter production.

2. Shipping Regions

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping to U.S. territories, APO/FPO military addresses, and international destinations may be available on a limited basis — availability and estimated timelines are shown at checkout for your specific address. If a destination is not supported, you will be notified before payment is completed.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, destination, and selected shipping speed, and are clearly displayed before you complete payment. We do not add hidden handling fees beyond what is shown at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and carrier link. If you created an account, tracking information is also available under Order History in My Account. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving this email for tracking information to update with the carrier.

5. Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for orders delayed, misdelivered, or lost as a result of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact [SUPPORT_EMAIL] as soon as possible — we can only make changes if production has not yet begun.

6. P.O. Boxes

We can generally ship to P.O. Boxes via standard mail carriers; expedited shipping methods may not be available for P.O. Box addresses.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your order, or your order arrives visibly damaged, contact us at [SUPPORT_EMAIL] within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier and our fulfillment partner to locate your shipment, and will replace or refund confirmed lost or damaged orders in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy.

8. Multiple-Item Orders

Orders containing multiple titles may ship in separate packages, and may arrive on different days, as each title is produced independently through print-on-demand manufacturing. You will not be charged additional shipping for split shipments resulting from this process.
